Momoe is committed to sourcing only the freshest and finest seasonal ingredients…a legacy of growing up in Niigata, a seaside province renowned for its abundance of gourmet fish and for producing the highest quality rice.
Momoe and her team will create a bespoke menu to your taste and budget – from exquisite canapés for between 30 and 100 guests to an intimate three course dinner for ten in your home.
Momoe’s menus never fail to impress guests with their culinary and visual wow factor at corporate or individual events. Theatre also plays its part, and Momoe will prepare sushi and cook Tempura ”live” on request for your guests.

Momoe qualified at the Kiyomura Sushi and Japanese Cuisine School, Tokyo studying with Mr Shirata, one of Japan's most celebrated, high profile sushi chefs.
Momoe sources her fish from Atariya, a tiny specialist fish shop serving the Japanese community in London. Her sushi rice is of the highest quality – Western sushi is generally made with low quality rice giving a poor flavour and texture; Japanese sushi rice is essential to ensure the fullest and most delicious of flavours.
